This policy explains what Obsidian Wrapz collects when you use this website or our quote form, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Obsidian Wrapz is a vehicle wrap shop at 3538 Hancock St, San Diego, CA 92110.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Your name and phone number, so we can call you back with a quote.
• Your vehicle (year, make and model) — optional.
• Your answers to the quote questions: the kind of wrap, the finish, your vehicle size class, the current condition of the vehicle, your timing, and whether you want detailing added.
• Whether you consented to receive text messages, together with the exact consent wording shown to you at the time.

Information collected automatically

• Advertising attribution — if you arrived from an ad, we record the campaign identifiers in the link (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, gclid) so we know which ad brought you here.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded with your submission.
• Advertising cookies set by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

Why we collect it

• To call or text you back with a quote for your vehicle.
• To prepare an accurate price — the quote questions map directly onto how a wrap is priced.
• To measure which advertising works, so we do not waste money on ads that do not bring customers.

Text messages

We only send automated text messages to people who ticked the SMS consent box on our quote form. Ticking it is optional and is never required to get a quote or to buy anything from us.

You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (619) 678-9368. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• Our website host, which serves this site and receives your form submission.
• Meta Platforms, which receives advertising conversion events. Where these include contact details, they are cryptographically hashed before being sent — Meta does not receive your name or phone number in readable form from us.
• Our customer records and messaging providers, which store your enquiry and deliver calls, texts and emails on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to run the business, and for as long as the law requires us to. Records of SMS consent are kept for as long as we may need to demonstrate that consent was given.

• Stop text messages by replying STOP.
• Limit ad tracking through your browser settings and through Meta's own ad preference controls.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
